If you opt to include participants under an Accident policy, Participant Liability will automatically be added. This liability coverage protects you, the event host or organizer, if a participant files a lawsuit against you. It also includes protection for participant injuries, spectator-related incidents, and liabilities related to the venue itself. Premise liability covers any claims associated with the location where the tournament is held.

Alternatively, if you only need coverage for the venue and spectators (without including participants), you can request a quote for “Spectator Only” liability by filling out the online application. This option provides insurance for the use of the event space and any incidents involving spectators.
